Come play all day in the snow with us and discover Shaw Woods at its finest! Strap on a pair of snowshoes and try your hand at relay racing, chasing “ptarmigans” and exploring our winter woods. Rotate through fun activity stations near the Pavilion, including traditional indigenous winter games, exploring the science of snowflakes, feeding the birds, warming up by the campfire, and of course enjoying a sweet winter treat. Winter is fun for everyone at Shaw Woods! It might be a good idea to pack extra socks, mitts, and winter layers for this program.
